Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every bottle. If your wine arrives damaged, defective, or compromised during shipping, we'll replace it or issue a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Important: Non-alcoholic wine is a premium, artisanal product with complex flavor profiles that differ from traditional wine. This is a new category, that will never be exactly like an alcoholic wine, for these reasons: Alcohol/Ethanol is ALL calories. The bottle is missing about 500 calories since alcohol has been removed. These calories are viscosity, burn, midpallet and finish that are significant. We recommend reviewing our tasting notes and food pairing guides before purchase. Due to the nature of dealcoholized wine and the education required to appreciate it, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste preference.

Damaged or defective products: Contact us within 14 days with photos. We'll arrange replacement or refund.
