Shipping Policy 

Where we ship from

All orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California. This is important information to know for projected shipping times. 

Shipping times

Delivery speed depends on your location and when the order is placed. For example: 

• California deliveries usually arrive faster.

• East Coast deliveries (ex: New York) can take up to ~7 business days, depending on carrier conditions, weather, and volume.

Processing time

Orders typically process in 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Orders placed later in the day may begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You’ll automatically receive a tracking link as soon as your order shipping label is printed.

Delays happen

Carrier delays can happen and are outside our control. If your shipment looks stuck, look into it with UPS, and then email us at aloha@oceanbeachcafe.com and we’ll help troubleshoot.
