Tasting Notes: The nose unfolds with an inviting bouquet of strawberry frappé, finely nuanced with a hint of fresh mint and orange zest. A delicate balance of floral accents and cool minerality lends the wine its exceptional depth. On the palate, it reveals a remarkably elegant, crystal-clear body: intense notes of ripe stone fruit meet rhubarb, finishing with a subtle, exotic citrus freshness that makes your mouth water and quenches it at the same time.
About This Rosé: Aroma recapture technology makes the experience of tasting this wine multiple levels beyond what you may have tried before. This is a cornucopia. The Zeronimo Rosé is the perfect companion for fine dining, humble brags, and elegant rosy escapes.
Why This Wine Costs More:
Most non alcoholic rosés are thin, sweet, and missing something...
This is a super premium Austrian Rosé from Central Burgenland, made from 50% Blaufränkisch and 50% Zweigelt (native Austrian varietals), whole-cluster pressed for exceptional character and depth. It is dealcoholized with leading German machines using vacuum distillation with a multi-day patented aroma recapture process that is cost prohibitively expensive to employ — so only 3% of brands use it. The result is a rosé with genuine complexity, minerality, and a finish that lingers. If you’ve tried other NA rosés and felt let down, this is the one that finally delivers. Sommelier and Michelin starred restaurant approved.

Note: This is a pre-order item. Bottles are departing the winery now and headed for the East Coast. We’ll ship to you as soon as they arrive. Pricing reflects recent (15%) import tariffs; we’ve absorbed most of the increase.
